Buyer persona mapping workshop

Understanding and being able to empathise with your customers and their needs is essential so you can align products and services to their need and gain their interest.  This workshop looks at profiling your customers delivered over zoom or face to face.

  • 2 personas to created per half day.  If you require more than 2 persona customer types then book a full day workshop
  • Report documenting the outcomes from the workshop
  • A full day workshop can profile additional segments or new segments that you would like to target in your marketing

Brand and messaging audit

If your messaging and brand are not aligned then lead generation can be an uphill struggle.  An audit document with suggested actions will focus your marketing.  The report will look at the alignment, consistency and impact of your visual brand, positioning and messages across elements such as:

    • social media channels (up to 3 channels)
    • email campaign or newsletter template
    • printed collateral (business cards, up to 3 fliers)
    • adverts (Up to 3 online or offline adverts)
